Dr. Leslie Hale MD
Dr. Hale is a triple board-certified physician in anesthesiology, critical care medicine, and obesity medicine with a uniquely comprehensive background that bridges high-acuity hospital medicine and integrative, patient-centered care. She graduated with honors from the University of Southern California, earning her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Studies. She then completed her graduate nursing education at Case Western Reserve University and worked as a nurse in the Pediatric Critical Care Unit at Cleveland Clinic, where she developed a deep foundation and passion for managing complex, critically ill patients. Dr. Hale earned her medical degree in 2010 from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She graduated with highest distinction and induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed anesthesiology residency and critical care fellowship training at Stanford University, along with an additional fellowship year training in patient safety and quality improvement, further strengthening her systems-based and safety-focused approach to medicine. Through more than a decade of practicing in anesthesiology and critical care, Dr. Hale cared for patients at the most advanced stages of disease. This experience profoundly shaped her perspective and led her back to her roots in prevention and whole-person health.
In 2021, she went on to earn a board-certification in obesity medicine and has completed an advanced training course in medical acupuncture through the prestigious Helms Medical Institute.
Her current practice focuses on integrative and regenerative approaches that aim to restore function, reduce pain, and address the underlying drivers of disease.
